Addie grew up in New York City, where joining the Ranger Conservation Corps in Inwood Hill Park and working with the Hudson River Wetlab motivated her to explore advocacy spaces for environmental justice. She has learned a lot about what is possible by participating in climate town halls with elected officials and by growing more connected to the broader climate action community in the city through Sunrise NYC.
